MY BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Dr. John Chukwuemeka Oparah

John has over 30years experience in general medicine, research and environmental management and have been involved in several initiatives to improve human life
I qualified as a medical practitioner from University of Ilorin Nigeria in 1985 and worked across different specialities for more than 10years before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2006.
While in the UK I have worked and gained valuable experience in most of the prestigious hospitals including Barts Health and University College Hospital London. I have also worked as a research fellow with Parexel -an Early Phase Clinical Trials organisation and was a Principal Investigator for TigerMed China in COVID studies investigating variations in clinical presentations especially in the Black and Ethnic Minorities and undertaking First-in-Man Clinical Trials while interfacing regularly with the CQC and MHRA. I have gained Levels 1 and 2 competences in Ultrasonography. I am actively practising as Senior Registrar/Associate Specialist at North Middlesex University Hospital Emergency Department and have attained relevant competences in Anaesthetic, Paediatrics and Acute Medicine and do manage the shop floor competently.
My drive to go beyond made look into Hair Transplant and was trained by the Masters in Turkey in 2021 and I have since remained active in Hair Transplant working effectively with Mediwell Clinic London. I have now been enlisted as an Associate Member of International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS)
I am deeply interested in Regenerative and Lifestyle Medicine and have enrolled for Masters Degree in University of Athens.
My Vision
To work and remain committed to Mediwell Clinic and help to transform the unit to an international clinical centre for Hair Restoration and Aesthetics apart from the regular practice.

Dr. Kenan Koca
Medical Practitioner

Dr. Kenan Koca was born in Taşova, Amasya, Turkey, and completed his secondary education at Samsun 19 Mayıs High School. He graduated with a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from Gülhane Military Medical Academy in Ankara, Turkey, in 1998. He subsequently completed his core and advanced surgical training at the same institution between 2000 and 2004.
Following his relocation to the United Kingdom, he obtained full registration with the General Medical Council in 2022 and has continued his career in Orthopaedics and Trauma. He has worked in several NHS hospitals, including Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital, Frimley Park Hospital, and Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Since 2023, Dr. Koca has developed extensive experience in hair transplantation and has been practising in this field in London for over three years. He specialises in both Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) techniques, tailoring treatment approaches to each patient’s individual needs and expectations. His focus is on achieving natural-looking, long-lasting results through personalised assessment, meticulous planning, and patient-centred care.
